Installation information
The basic information
During commissioning and operation, the axial piston unit must be
filled with hydraulic fluid and vented. The above instructions must
also be followed in the event of prolonged disuse, as the axial
plunger unit is self-empting through the hydraulic line.
Especially in the "drive shaft up" installation, thorough oiling
and venting must be performed because of risks such as oil-free
operation.
Leakage from the housing area must be discharged to the tank
through the highest drain outlet (T1, T2).
If several plunger units share a single drain line, ensure that the
corresponding housing pressure is not exceeded. The dimensions of
the common drain line must be set to ensure that the maximum
allowable shell pressure of all connecting units is not exceeded in
any use, especially at cold start. If this cannot be ensured,
separate drain lines should be laid if necessary.
In order to achieve good noise values, all connecting lines should
be decoupled with elastic elements, and the installation above the
tank should be avoided.
Ensure that the tank line is connected below the lowest oil level
in the tank under all operating conditions

Security Warning:
The axial plunger unit is at risk of burning during and shortly
after operation. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (e.g.
wearing protective clothing).
The moving parts of the high pressure limiting valve can be blocked
in some cases due to contaminants such as impure hydraulic fluid in
the assembly. This may result in limited or complete loss of the
load retaining function in the hoisting winch. The machine and
system manufacturer must test whether remedial action is required
for the application of the machine in order to hold the load in a
safe position and, if necessary, ensure its proper execution.
